DinePro integrates natively with Square. Menu items sync in real time from your Square catalog. Orders route directly to your POS and kitchen — no manual re-entry. Payments are processed through Square's secure payment links.

How to connect

  1. 1

    Create a Square Developer account

    Sign up at Square's Developer Portal and create a new application to get your API credentials.

  2. 2

    Connect your Square account in DinePro

    Go to Settings → Integrations in your DinePro dashboard and click "Connect Square." Authorize DinePro to access your catalog and payments.

  3. 3

    Sync your menu

    Once connected, DinePro automatically imports your Square catalog — items, categories, modifiers, and prices sync in real time.

  4. 4

    Test with a sandbox order

    Place a test order using Square's sandbox environment to verify everything works before going live.
